From the 1950's or 1960's and from England, brought it all the way to American when I came to live here back in 1988.
It measures only 2 1/4" x 2"
Has a word on the front, which I believe is DRIVING
3 Tees are still inside
Popper has the company name NEWEY on it
Still looks good for being about 70 years old !
