    Description

    Vintage Tex Shoemaker New Old stock #89 note book holder. Holder is black leather and front is stamped Alaska State troopers with grizzly bear shield. Holder measures 6 1/8" x 9 1/4". Inside has two pockets for notebooks. Holder is from likely 1980's. Very cool and unique vintage item for a collection or use. These were ordered by the Administration for the Alaska State Troopers generally every few years from Tex Shoemaker.
