Vintage Adapter for using a car antenna as a CB Radio Antenna
This was made in the USA.  I cannot find a brand or model number on it or the included instructions.  This has Motorola Type, (standard car radio), plugs and sockets, and a PL-259, (UHF Male) Connector.
You unplug your car radio antenna from your in dash car radio, plug this in line between the antenna connector and radio.  It brings out a UHF male connector to hook to your CB antenna connector on your CB.  You then tune for lowest SWR.
This utilizes your car radio antenna for your CB!  Keeps folks from outside of your car knowing you have a CB.
Note that modern cars may need additional adapters to connect this in line, but they are available at most autoparts stores and here on eBay.
Note that you will need a SWR meter to tune this.  It will not work if  you do not tune it.
