You are bidding a spear point, spring loaded, (SOIC-8 package) pogo pin adapter for Jtag flashing with see through guide cap. It is widely used for SOIC8 chip in auto industries for speedometer.
In normal working environment, you do not need LED, if you have guide cap. It is really help and a good deal.
When work at a dim or not ideal able environment. Guide cap is a good assistant for targeting the location at chip lead. This cap is acrylic material and and see through to confirm secure contact. It separate with pin body,  it is more simple in replacing the pins or when alignment required. Also this adapter has more stroke height and force to reach the lead totally after installed the guide cap.
Just position press and hold the spear point over the EEPROM leads. If customer need other different wiring , please send me message before making purchase, we are pleased to do some modification for you.
