Sirio Tornado (New Model) Base Antenna 10 Meter/CB - Brand New! in the factory box, bought (2) of these when they were on back order last year and waited for months to get them, when both came in my friend doesn't want his now, it's never been out of the box and still sealed up from Sirio, there are several reviews on this antenna online and several listed here as well, all the tuning and assembly instructions are in the box, these are easy to assemble and setting the SWR is a snap, great talking antenna.
I never took this antenna out of the box, with that being said, this antenna is being sold For Parts Not Working No Returns or Refunds or Partial Refunds, I would assume all parts are in the sealed box but, I can't verify that as I never opened this box.
