    I know this was issued to a tech by Harley-Davidson, but who else would?

    can be applied to a multiple of fields these days.  How about a Starbucks barista sewing this on their uniform?  or a Whirlpool repairman?
    Either way, this fabric patch is old, not certain if faded to the gray or its original color, dusted it a bit, tempted to wash it but did not.  sew it on your uniform and not look like a newbie.  only this one to offer.
