Description: This manual for Rockwell 8 Inch Light Jointers made for Rockwell by the Crescent Machine Division appears to pre-date the typical Rockwell manual format adopted in the mid 1950s. The first 8 or so pages comprise installation and operating instructions as well as normal maintenance and adjustments and parts lists. Very text heavy with a couple drawings. The last four or five pages are line drawings of the machine, plain and showing some accessory attachments. Hard to find documentation for these oldies but goodies!
