For those people out there buying these type of DVR's that the police are using you will need this software to make them work and play back your video from the DVR and download it I have 3 of these DVR's myself the software will make it easier to use the system The AV viewer playback software only works on Panasonic toughbook computers CF18-CF19-CF29-CF30-CF31
