    An original photograph of Major General William Kepner, when he was Commander of the 8th Fighter Command in Europe. A very interesting person, as he was a veteran of WW1 and a former US Marine. This photo shows him in a flight helmet in front of his P47 Fighter Plane, and is a photo of General Kepner that I haven't seen before. He retired from the service as a Lieutenant General. A nice publicity photo of the general in his flight scarf and smiling. The photograph is 10" high and approximately 8" wide. Thanks for looking.
