Norfolk Marine windproof Lighter preowned

Windproof lighter with Marines, Norfolk, VA. and what might be a partial part of the Security Forces logo engraved on front . Unknown maker, no marking on bottom. Lighter is in poor condition, the lid is not securely attached and the whole top spins but does not detach.
