The
BlueFlex diaphragms
establish a new benchmark for diaphragm durability under the toughest working conditions. Whether you are handling weed killers, fungicides, pesticides, liquid fertilizers or hard-to-handle liquids and aggressive chemicals, the BlueFlex diaphragms use some of the best performing diaphragm material currently available. The unique shape and thickness of the BlueFlex diaphragms have been carefully optimized to reduce mechanical stresses during the pump's working cycle, even under the toughest working conditions.
If your Hypro D30 Diaphragm Pump is in constant use, it is highly recommended to replace the diaphragms every 3 months or 500 hours of use, and replace the valves and o-rings every 6 months or 1000 hours of use so it remains reliable in the field. The D30REPAIRBLUE is the most extensive kit, as it includes diaphragms, valves, and o-rings for the Hypro D30. It is essentially a combination of two Hypro kits (9910-KIT1724 and 9910-KIT1917), with the addition of the new BlueFlex diaphragms. Also, if you notice a milky grey color in the sight glass, this usually indicates your diaphragms are damaged and need to be replaced immediately. Stop running the pump and replace the diaphragms. Both the D30REPAIRBLUE and 9910-KIT1724BLUE will most likely fix this problem.
