FRA Fleet Reserve Association USA Navy Vintage Stainless Steel Lighter

Up for sale is a vintage stainless steel lighter. This lighter has
FRA (USA Fleet Reserve Association) logo that
is engraved
on one side. This lighter is constructed of 3 main parts Top, Bottom and Mechanism. I looked on the web and could not find out when
it was manufactured and by whom, but due to its construction and I think it is probably pre 1970’s.
Measures (closed, approx.): 2x1x0.3 inches / 5x2.5x1 cm
Weight (w/o package, approx.): 25 gr.
Condition:
In good condition, has signs of wear and use such as small visible scratches and scuffs in several places and there is the tear in the metal on the inside. It wasn’t filled with fuel and therefore wasn’t tested, the flint is working (please see pics).
The Lighter will be sent without lighter fluid in it for safety reasons.

Israel
but unfortunately there are a few countries that I am unable to ship to due to political reasons. To the people there I apologize.
Usually shipping takes 12-18 days
BUT
I have tried to get an accurate time of delivery and every worker and every branch of the post office gave me a different answer. The longest was delivery within 30 working days so please take this into account
IMPORTANT:
Any Item paid for on Friday or the day before a public holiday after 08.00 my time (GMT+2) will only be shipped on Sunday as All Post Offices are closed on Saturdays and most of Friday (or the day after a public holiday)
