Deco Liquid Glitter Snowstorm Lighter & Blue Torch Keychain 2 Refillable Butane

This item is two (2) used butane lighters. I have no idea of their age or much else about them. I will just describe them and show a lot of pictures.
Both are empty, but click when tried. I presume they work but have not tested them.
First is a really unusual and attractive one  in a nice shape that fits the hand. It is has an art deco style and features a snowstorm, or "snowglobe"-like effect. There is liquid inside and glitter which moves around when shaken. The glitter area is in three bands with two lines going across, The liquid has enough air to make bubbles, so to me this almost looks like it could be used as a level! I can't find any identification on it to indicate the maker. Up inside the lid is the number 27. It is about 2 3/4" x 1 1/8". I am not a smoker but I really think this is a nice lighter.
The other lighter is one that says TORCH and has a short chain and key ring attached. When you push down on the mechanism the little lid pops open. When you push it all the way down it clicks to light it. The central portion of the lighter is clear blue plastic with the other parts made of grey and silver colored metal. It is about 2 7/8" x 1 1/2".
Both lighters have wear,  but are very nice.
