This is a copper ashtray and sitting lighter
The ashtray is marked "Washington, D.C."   The lighter is marked the "Capital" and sits in a pocket in the ashtray.
Butane lighter
There is no butane in the lighter at this time
Lighter measures approximately 5 1/4" wide and 3 1/4" high.  The lighter is a normal size lighter.
No noted damage
