Vintage New Old Stock Cobra Tuffskin black leather flashlight holder. Holder has a black leather strap which will slide onto or snap over a belt up to 2 1/4". Snap is a directional snap only opening when lifted in a certain direction. Ring is black metal and will fit a flashlight up to 1 3/4" in diameter. This is new old stock from a dealer who provided holsters and accessories to NYPD officers in the 1990's..
