    This is a very nice looking Lighter.

    Steven Juba was the Mayor of Winnipeg from 1957 to 1977.  The lighter is a butane model so that would put it in the later years of his service. Winnipeg City Crest and Mayors name.  This lighter is in excellent condition.  No fuel but flint is present and mechanism works great.  Brand name of the lighter is
    Corona.
