My modem (works fine AND clean) which I used for less than a year with xfinity then moved up to an Arris SVG2482AC with a RJ-11 connection for phone line. Still stuck with xfinity though lol.
This was hard wired to my desktop, and xbox, which
are
both hooked up to my TV. I use a wireless KB/M, and 360 controller for the PC on the TV for gaming. In my recliner! Forget the desk! This is perfect for
gaming

This is WIFi and a MODEM!!  That is an expensive combination with most other manufactures for some reason.
Worked so well

it with another Arris. Never heard of them.
You could own this for like a month or three of your rental costs.
Been sitting on the shelf for a year plus with all kinds of stuff which needs to go!
