antenna for car (vintage ?)

Description

This antenna measures about 18" from top to base.  It is for an older car, maybe for a car phone ?   Late 90's Chevy or it might fit a Dodge, I don’t really know. An expert on this subject will know. There is a mark on it but  I can't decipher it. The plug looks like it would fit into the cigarette lighter ?? The cord measures about,50" I do not know if it works, so,it is sold as is and is not returnable, however it looks as if it is in good condition. Please select carefully as it is sold as is and is not returnable. I am sorry that I do not know anything more about it. Thank you.
