    This is an original press photo. Francis Jacob, a technician for Air India, flew to Chattanooga to ask for a foundation's help in getting corrective surgery for his 12-year-old daughter, who is not attending school because of deformed teeth. Mrs. Madge Apple, right, and other members of the Debbie Fox Foundation Board, agreed Tuesday to grant Jacob's request. His family lives at Bangalore, in the Mysore state of India. Photo measures 10.25 x 8 inches. Photo is dated 01-05-1971.
